Initial Delivery Fee

Delivery fee is to pick up your prescription form your primary pharmacy and have it delivered to you at your home. Typically, your medications will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of your request. This all depends on when your Primary Physician sends the prescription over to your pharmacy for fulfillment. As well as when the pharmacy can fill the prescription. Rescheduled Delivery Fee
The reschedule fee is both the initial delivery fee and the rescheduled fee combined. Once your prescription is picked up by our driver, RX Pills & Wheel's will need to place your prescription for an upcoming delivery. We are not a remote pharmacy, so your prescription if rescheduled will need to be stored in a secure location. a new delivery date, which is usually 24 to 48 hours from the date notified of reschedule from the customer will be added to a new itinerary for our delivery team. * Reschedules Deliveries Notified 8 hours or more before delivery: The Reschedule Fee of $4.99 will not be assessed. The
delivery will be rescheduled at no additional rescheduling charge (the standard Delivery Fee of
$8.99 still applies to the new delivery).
* Reschedules Deliveries Notified less than 8 hours before delivery: A new Delivery Fee ($8.99) plus the Reschedule Fee
($4.99), totaling $13.98, will be added and charged to the Customer

Cancellation Delivery Fee      $ 19.99
The cancellation delivery fee and the rescheduled fee combined. We are not a remote pharmacy, so your prescription if canceled the medications cannot be returned to the pharmacy as per pharmacy guidelines and policy. So the medications will need to be taken to a facility to be destroyed. RX Pills & Wheel's cannot store your prescriptions for a much later date. Only reschedules will be stored for an upcoming delivery which is typically 24 to 48 hours from rescheduled date only. If you have question please do not hesitate to call our support Team.

* Cancellation 24 hours or more before delivery: No cancellation fee applies. The original Delivery Fee of $8.99, if already charged, remains non-refundable. Â

OTC Delivery Fee
Free with Prescription Delivery
OTC medications requested thru the web portal or via over the phone the customer will not pay a delivery fee for OTC products. These products include Cough Syrup, Vitamins, ibuprofen, laxatives and eyedrops.
